The Las Trampas Pool Board is made up of dedicated volunteers who provide practical support for the Club. Board positions are typically held for 2-year rotations. Please feel welcome to introduce yourself if you see a Board Member on deck! We are always eager to hear feedback and answer your questions about the Pool.

President
Matt Wakefield
Vice President
Erin Silva
The Vice President performs the duties of the President in the case of his/her absence, and is the primary liaison between the Board of Directors and the Pool Manager. The VP also manages the Adult Lap Swim program and other special projects.
Membership Director
Ayesha Dillon
The Membership Director maintains the membership waiting list, welcomes new members to the pool, and manages the purchase and sale of memberships by incoming and outgoing families. She also issues all gate codes.
Secretary
Marisa Canoles
The Secretary writes and sends pool-wide communications, manages the pool calendar, creates social media and website updates, and prepares board meeting agendas and minutes.
Swim Team Co-Directors
Amy Coombe and Heather Kellert
The Swim Team Co-Directors oversee all aspects of the Las Trampas Swim Team, including hiring and management of the coaching staff, coordination of all parent job functions, and development of team schedules, registrations, and logistics. Programs under their direction include private lessons, spring / fall clinics, practices, spirit events, and meets. The Swim Team Co-Directors also manage LT’s pre-team programs, Mudskippers and Sea Ponies, as well as Seahorse Day Camp.
Treasurer
Brian Forth
The Treasurer manages the pool's annual budget, reports monthly revenue and expenses to the board and coordinates all tax filings. He also advises on appropriate reserves for capital improvements and repairs.
Maintenance Director

The Maintenance Director oversees all maintenance projects to be completed on the Las Trampas property and manages all vendors related to those projects.
Operations Director
Mike Knudtsen
The Operations Director ensures that the facility is safe for the enjoyment of pool patrons, and coordinates with vendors and Pool Management to keep the pool facility clean, comfortable, and in compliance with health codes.
Social Director
Annie Lupardus
Annie is behind all pool-wide social events, including the Opening Party, Summer BBQs, and end-of-season Las-Toberfest. She also manages the private event calendar for personal party reservations.
